Unzip the files into the following folders:
K1_Deadground_beta1.bsp
K1_Deadground_beta1.txt ...........in your cstrike, maps folder
city.wav ...........in your cstrike, sounds, ambience folder
All texture files go in your gfx, env folder(tga and jpg)
WAD files go in your cstrike main directory.
*If you are using PODBOT, then place the k1_deadground_beta1.pwf into your waypoint folder.

Thanks for downloading the second of a series of maps custom made for my clan [K-1], this is the first beta1 release
of the map and even after extensive playtesting and tweaking I still may find one or two bugs. If you do, email

it.
This map has been specifically designed for even team play in clan league and LAN event competitions for
NETPLAY, Toronto, Ont.
*Please remember this is my first official map, so keep it in mind if you see any amatuer map faults when you are playing. Hence the beta.

With the successful Imperial bombing

"Battle of Hoth" has ended. Unfortunately
while evacuating the ice planet, a
snowspeeder has crashed, leaving two
alliance pilots cold and stranded.

Same for the people scrapping the website, I won't overlook this behavior anymore, please use the website the "normal" way. Let's have a better experience for everyone.

Clouflare enforces IPv6 connection but since the website/forum doesn't support well IPv6, I need to enable an option to keep IPv4, but it's not the real IP and it's detected as proxy. I guess I can remove the warning, doesn't matter much.

I don't get why you are insisting everyone pays for your server. If you can't afford 33 euros a month, why don't you just upload the map archive of people's work, instead of demanding people pay your server hosting bill.

Plenty of people (myself included) would just host it for free without restrictions.

I mean you can get an used laptop with decent specs for like 200-300 euros, host the website on it, pay barely anything at all for electricity, and just need to pay for the domain alone which is much cheaper than the hosting. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but wouldn't this work?
