No .res file needed, all file will be downloaded (gfx/env && maps/ files).
If you want to play on this map, you have to write your custom gamemode in AMXX for example.
You have to place weapons, make your zones, make your round configurations etc...
Some hint, help:
There are 28 spawns on the map, all spawn's have own fences, what is a breakable entity. You can get the entity name.
This entity has to be destroyed to get out the players from tha spawn cages. Use your function.
There are a map-sized buyzone, so you can shop weapons if enabled by server cvar, or disable the with it.
