All you need to do is extract this file (Which you already did), and move it into your hl folder. (move the brainbread folder that came out of the .rar, and move that to steam>balbalb>balbabl>half-life
It will ask to overwrite, let it, and the files are in. Done. Bam. Narf. Play. (The .res file is for server hosters only, if you REALLY need those kb, just delete it unless you intend to host it.)

Thanks for downloading Cs_Docks from FPSBanana or UKCS.Net
This map is a late beta, and as such has now gone to the public for testing. although there are spaces for 40+ players, unless ur on a beast pc (against bots) or on top notch server (such as UKCS.Net) I wouldnt recommend more than 15 per team.
Also I know the map name is De_docks this is because it was originally a De_ style map, but that was to T biased and was changed to Cs_ but i never got round to changing the name :$
