This map is based on the excellent Quake 3 hogwarts map by Comic Relief

All hogwarts stuff has been stripped out for this version because
playability and streamlining was of more concern than atmosphere.
Besides, the original is far better than anything I could make anyway.
This map uses the kami-platinum and classic kleineh wads.
The sky map is a combination of dod_stuka and grave256
The fog sprite is by jinx.
The gargoyle and alien models are by an unknown author.

Thank you for downloading dod_alpine by Rusty9k.
This map is dedicated to Day of Defeat New Zealand.
This map was intended to be a small war map, set in the early morning of an alpine town.
I tried to make the gameplay fast and tactical, teams will have to act fast and think quick, the assault and sniper class will be very important on this map.
I have tried to keep the map as bug and glitch free as posible, but If any major bugs that affect the gameplay are found I will make a second version
There are 4 one man caps, and a two man cap in the church.
Overall this map took about 30 hours to make, I hope you enjoy it!

Maze 1: Five-Layered Cake Maze

This maze is made up of five floors. Each clue
corresponds to the floor its number matches to.
1) The correct path can be found at the end of the rainbow
2) A flashlight on the ground will reveal the correct path
3) The correct path can be found at the beginning of the rainbow
4) The answer can be found in the past
5) If you end up here, you've made a mistake
Maze 2: Tiled Maze
------------------
This maze consists of a series of colored roof
tiles, and colored floor tiles. Some floor tiles
are walkable, and some are not. The last walkable
tile holds the teleport.

Objectives:
Get all the flags. Flags near spawn are worth
1 point. Secondary flags are worth 2 points,
and the middle flag is worth 3 points.
Team points are given out every 20 secs, with each
flag being worth the same amount as above.
Use bazookas to open new paths and destroy buildings!
Buildings marked with an X on the map are destructable.

Starwars Trench - DeathStar
Thanks for Downloading Starwars_trench. I hope you enjoy it.
WARNING! This map WILL cause Low FPS on computers without sufficient graphics capabilities.
This is due to the size of the level and the fact that most of it is open space. Most modern machines have no problem. Basically if you can play Half-Life 2 you can easily play on this map.
This is a Star Wars themed map based in the 4th episode of Star Wars, A New Hope. The Deathstar Trench Dogfight. Designed for low gravity. But also playable in regular gravity. Look for those places that you can only get to with low gravity (jetpack or hook mod).
MISSION:
REBEL ALLIANCE (Terrorists):
Bomb Carrier (Luke) has to get to the Exhaust port and plant the bomb to destroy the DeathStar before the DeathStar Destroys the Rebel Base.
HINT: Try to plant the Bomb so that it falls down the exhaust port so the Imperials can't defuse it!
Use the X-Wings to get to the Exhaust Port Faster. Use the Laser Turrets to provide cover fire for your Rebel teammates.
IMPERIAL FORCES (Counter-Terrorists): Prevent Luke from destroying the DeathStar and Destroy the Rebel Base. Use the Tie Fighters and the Laser Turrets to stop the Rebels.
INSPIRATION:
I have always been a big starwars fan. One of my favorite scenes is the Dogfight scene over the trench in episode 4 - Star Wars, A New Hope. For a few years I have hosted several CS servers that runs the Starwars2 map 24/7 and haVe always wanted to have a bit more of a strategy oriented map. I love the Tie Fighters G-man made for starwars2. I decided not to rip his and made my own from scratch (similar but different), I also added Xwings for variety and coolness.
I made it a point to use ONLY Half-Life textures to keep the file size down and for some reason it was more challenging to use existing Textures only. I actually made a WAD file with a bu(...)

@Arkshine: de_basalt is a whooping 462M, it won't go down below 250M even with ultra compression, it uses a ton of models and has a large out of bounds area, it's not your normal CSGO map no, but it's an official map, its CS2 version is even larger reaching 2GB but that's irrelevant since the site doesn't have a CS2 category
