Ici, c'est dans un environnement montagnard que
vous vous battrez. Des vilains ont prit en otage
un groupe de scientifique qui s'etaient isoles
pour travailler en paix dans la maison d'un de
leur confrere. Le probleme est que les autorites
s'en sont meles et ont envoye une troupe d'elite
pour les arreter (oui, vous qui allez jouer CT).

about 2 years ago my roommate BigJR and I owned a CSS server called CALFun. CAL was derived from the school we go to Cal U of PA.
BigJR asked me to make a simple Deathmatch map that he drew up. I had never used Hammer before and it was a lot of fun learning how to create calfun_deathmatch.
This is the 4th and final version of the map.
This was our most played map on our server.
I miss having the server but hopefully some people will get to enjoy the maps I made for it for a long time.
If you want to uncompile it and modify it at least give BigJR and me(CALFunWolfwood) credit if you release it.

Description:
This is an arena out in the middle of no where. Competive teams teleport from the ships to the arena and commense battle. The teams are locked in the teleport room which has an afk/camper fail-safe system. The glass is a special high density glass that does not crack or shatter due to bullet strike, uneven pressure, and subzero temperatures. The floor has the latest artifical gravity technology giving earth-like gravity evenly over the etire surface. This might make an okay place for a death match; however the fail-safe system will still activate, although it will only do so once. Please enjoy this enjoy this map, and dont forget your vaccume suits. :P
These skybox textures were also authored by me; you may use them, but please do not claim that they are yours, if you are able to extract them from the bsp. For reference if you are able to extract them you will need to place them in the folder cstrikematerialsskyboxspace for them to work properly, also under map properties in hammer the skybox name is space.

@Arkshine: de_basalt is a whooping 462M, it won't go down below 250M even with ultra compression, it uses a ton of models and has a large out of bounds area, it's not your normal CSGO map no, but it's an official map, its CS2 version is even larger reaching 2GB but that's irrelevant since the site doesn't have a CS2 category
