Install Instructions:
Make sure you have eventscripts v1.5+, es_tools v0.420+, and mani admin installed on the server.
Copy the entire cstrike folder from this zip file ontop of the cstrike folder on the server. *Note: DONT only copy the map or some things will not work*
Now, If you don't know how to edit the config files or textures, Extract the whole zip file on your harddrive.
Open up MapEdit.exe inside the MapEditor folder. Change what you want then click Save.
It will save the changes to the cstrike folder. Then simply upload the cstrike folder to your server.
*Note: This program has only been tested on my pc, and it's recommended not to use the computer while it's first starting up or saving*
If you ARE comfortable editing the config files and textures yourself, here is the manual way:
Edit the cstrikecfgsoccermap.cfg and cstrikecfgsoccerautoref.cfg files to your liking.
If you are running a league and want to display team logos in the tunnels, or edit the billboards, or your you want to edit one of the flags,
Look in the cstrikematerialska_soccer_2006 folder. Look in the cstrikematerialska_stadium_accsl folder to edit the scoreboard teams.
If you have experience with making skins you'll know how to edit the textures.
Commands:
Type these commands in chat to perform certain actions with the autoref script.
!ref -- Brings up a referee menu to control manual aspects of the ref script if you are set as admin in the autoref config.
!setteams <team1here> <team2here> -- Set teams for the ref script. again you must be authorised as an admin in the config.

Icke for suggesting the name (originally I had called the map Steelworks).

INFORMATION:
The 'NP' part of the map name 'NP Refinery' stands for 'Northern Petrol'.
Comments and suggestions on this beta map released are appreciated.
CHANGES IN BETA 7:
- Added 3 Slam weapon pickups.
- Increased height of sky collision.
- Static prop optimisations (made numerous small light fixtures etc non-collidable).
- Fxed some lighting issues with around mesh fences.
CHANGES IN BETA 6:
- Added extra staircase down to floor level of the petrol tank room.
- Moved ladder into corner of petrol tank room, as it was located too close to the new staircase.
- Removed ladder in generator room. Added a staircase instead.
- Removed all monitors, keyboards and computer props from entire level.
- Removed 6 chair props.
- Opened all doors more so that entrances containing doors are wider.
- Removed corrugated metal sheet prop on top of metal roof.
- More brushwork optimisations.
- Replaced 2 textures which produced a nasty shimmering effect. Used brickwork textures instead.
- Added visual interest to some corridors to make them less identical looking.
- Fixed issue with computer server props being drawn in front of glass.
- Made the Sun slightly less oppressive/orange.

Important...when starting the server ensure you have 'teamplay' ticked.
CREDITS:
Unknown author of tdm_flagtest.vmf which served as a basis for my ctf entities.
The doorways with six glass panels are from the Valve DM_Lockdown vmf file. All other brushwork is new.
INFORMATION:
A Capture The Flag level set inside a prison during a riot. The prisoners are in command of the prison, with Combine armed forces brought in to breach the walls.
Enter the enemy base and bring THEIR flag back to the starting position of YOUR flag, while trying to prevent the enemy team capturing your own flag. Each flag capture adds one point to your team's score. The first team to ten points wins.
The Rebel spawn room has shotguns and full ammo for the shotgun, standard machine gun and frag grenades, whilst the Combine spawn room has Combine machine guns and full ammo for the Combine MG, standard machine gun and frag grenades. This is to avoid newly spawned players having to circle the level trying to find adequate weapons and ammo before finally joining their team's efforts to capture the enemy flag. As soon as you spawn you can pickup a decent weapon and plenty of ammo, then get straight into the action.
To open an ammo crate simply press your 'use' key when close to & facing it.
The Rebel spawn room does not have an ammo crate for shotgun ammo. Instead there are a number of standard individual shotgun ammo pickups. This is simply because the shotgun ammo crate does not work and requires fixing by Valve. :)

Note:
You can easily get to the lower parts by jumping down
(jumping down 4 levels will only give you 10 damage)
You can also easily get back up by jumping over the
edge of the map. This will not kill you but teleport
you inmediately to the light at the top of the map
(Same goes for any prop thats tossed into the void)
In time theyll all fall back to the map from the sky

A FuzzDad Training Map

@Arkshine: de_basalt is a whooping 462M, it won't go down below 250M even with ultra compression, it uses a ton of models and has a large out of bounds area, it's not your normal CSGO map no, but it's an official map, its CS2 version is even larger reaching 2GB but that's irrelevant since the site doesn't have a CS2 category
