Thank you for downloading the CGS gamescript.
With this script you'll be able to join Half-Life game servers from mIRC.
You can also use the 'Where are you?' function to find out where
somebody else is playing (if that person uses the CGS gamescript).
plz note that this is just a beta version, if there are any additions or
fixes they will be announced on the CGS page.
Installation
-------------
Once you have extracted the files to your mIRC directory,
type these commands to load the script.
/load -a CGS-aliases.ini
/load -pc CGS-popups.ini
/load -pn CGS-popups.ini
/load -rv CGS-script.ini
/load -rs CGS-script.ini
You only have to do this once.
After you did thid, join a server and right-mouseclick on an another CGS gamescript user
or in the chatroom to let the CGS menu popup.

1. SETUP
====================
Once you have installed CSVIEW, it will place short cuts in your program menu. Use these to load CSVIEW. Before you begin using the bot, you must first click the setup button, and make sure all the settings are correct:
SETUP TAB
1) Change the irc server box tot he IP or hostname of the server you want the bot to connect to. Make sure all the other settings on the IRC pane are correct (all self explanitary).
2) On the Half-Life pane, enter the details for your half-life server, note, you MUST have an rcon password for the bot to work. If you are running the bot on the same machine as the Half-Life server then enter 127.0.0.1 for the IP.
Finally, if you are behind a firewall, connected to the net through a LAN, or are using Internet Connection Sharing, then you MUST specify your IP, as CSVIEW will detect your IP incorrectly in these situations.
You can also change the local ports CSVIEW uses, if you need to.
OTHER TAB
On the transmit pane, you can select what CSVIEW says on IRC. Deselecting options on the pane will mean CSVIEW does not post those actions to IRC:
Player Kills and Self Kills - this includes all player, self, and world kills
Player Speech - this includes MM1 (normal speech) messages and dead MM1 messages
Other Events - Includes round wins (not scores, just who won the round and why), all player events, ie. planted bomb
On the Misc pane, you can make CSVIEW turn logging on your server off when its finished (when you press the stop button or close CSVIEW). You can also select how the round scores are displayed. The round scores are shown at the end of each round. You can select to have the ne(...)
