There is no missing files, the problem is the cubemaps with wrong pathway inside csde_trump.bsp

2 Step Solutions:

1. Deleting Cubemaps

delete unnecessary or outdated cubemaps or wrong pathway cubemaps.

Use BSPZIP software that's located at bin/ folder.
Copy paste csde_trump.bsp into here same folder.

using commandprompt, type:

bspzip -deletecubemaps csde_trump.bsp

2. Rebuilding Cubemaps

Copy paste csde_trump.bsp back into the maps/ folder (replacing the older one).

Run the game using csde_trump.bsp
During the game, in console, type:

buildcubemaps

Once you do that, the game will both generate all the textures and immediately overwrite csde_trump.bsp with new data that contains the proper cubemaps.

Disconnect and restart the game.

csde_trump.bsp

Solved, now works normally.

Clouflare enforces IPv6 connection but since the website/forum doesn't support well IPv6, I need to enable an option to keep IPv4, but it's not the real IP and it's detected as proxy. I guess I can remove the warning, doesn't matter much.

I don't get why you are insisting everyone pays for your server. If you can't afford 33 euros a month, why don't you just upload the map archive of people's work, instead of demanding people pay your server hosting bill.

Plenty of people (myself included) would just host it for free without restrictions.
