Terrorists have taken computer scientists hostage.
The terrorists are forcing them to use super-
computers to launch cyberattacks against various
institutions using the 'darker' functions of the internet.
Terrorists: Maintain control of the warehouse and hold the
hostages from rescue so they can complete their hacking,
or eliminate the counter-terrorists.
Counter-Terrorists: Rescue the hostages to your spawn area
before the hacking goes too far, or eliminate the terrorists.
There is a multitude of rescue routes - get creative.

You could modify it by using an entity editor like BSPEdit. There's no need to recompile the entire map just for one entity. Just delete the info_player_deathmatch entity or modify its coordinates.

Clouflare enforces IPv6 connection but since the website/forum doesn't support well IPv6, I need to enable an option to keep IPv4, but it's not the real IP and it's detected as proxy. I guess I can remove the warning, doesn't matter much.

I don't get why you are insisting everyone pays for your server. If you can't afford 33 euros a month, why don't you just upload the map archive of people's work, instead of demanding people pay your server hosting bill.

Plenty of people (myself included) would just host it for free without restrictions.
